What this site is

An informational website about Bobinac Garden, our two apartments in Stara Novalja on Pag Island, Croatia. Plus practical info for getting here and being here. Nothing on this page is a binding offer or a sales contract.

Where the booking actually happens

All reservations and payments are completed on Airbnb. When you click any "Reserve" button on this site, you're sent there. From that moment, Airbnb's terms govern the booking: cancellation, refunds, payment processing, the guest-host relationship, all of it. We're a host on Airbnb's platform. We don't run our own booking system, and we don't take payments directly through this site.

About the information on this site

We do our best to keep things accurate, but the world changes. Ferry schedules get updated, prices shift, that beach you read about closes for renovation. Treat anything time-sensitive (schedules, prices, weather, road conditions) as a starting point, not a guarantee. Always check the official source close to your travel date.

Check Jadrolinija for ferry sailings, HAK for road conditions, and any major forecast service for weather.

All photography on this site was taken by us, in our garden and apartments. Please don't copy it for commercial use without asking. If you'd like a photo for a personal trip blog or social post, just write. We'll usually say yes.

We link to external sites we find useful (Airbnb, Jadrolinija, HAK, Google Maps, others). We don't control what those sites do, and we're not responsible for their content, terms, or how they handle your data.

Governing law

This site is operated from Croatia, and Croatian law applies to its content. Disputes that aren't about a specific Airbnb booking (those go through Airbnb) fall under the jurisdiction of Croatian courts.
